This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your registration or request a refund for services purchased through the Platform. By registering or availing services, you agree to the terms below:
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 days of registration/payment and before the start of the program/service/event.
- Once a program, workshop, or camp has commenced, cancellations will not be permitted.
- Certain registrations may be marked as non-refundable (for example, registration fees for camps or events). In such cases, this will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
2. Refunds
- If you cancel within the permitted window (as mentioned above), your refund request will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative charges.
- In case of technical issues (such as duplicate payment), full refunds will be processed upon verification.
- If a program, workshop, or event is cancelled or rescheduled by Walking Ferns, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to another program.
3. No Refund Situations
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Non-attendance or partial attendance of a program or event.
- Registrations cancelled after the program/service has started.
- Services expressly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of registration.
4. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment as used during registration, unless otherwise agreed.
