ആദ്യ ദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 6 മണിക്കു വന്ന്, രാത്രി കുറച്ചു കഥയൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞ്, രണ്ടാം ദിവസം രാവിലെ പൂ പറിച്ച് പൂക്കളമിട്ട്, നാടൻ കളികളൊക്കെ കളിച്ച്, സദ്യയും കഴിച്ച്, അന്നു വൈകിട്ട് പിരിയുന്ന ഒരു കൊച്ചു ക്യാമ്പ്. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 16നു അത്തമാണല്ലൊ. അന്നു രാവിലെ മുതൽ നമ്മൾ ബദിരൂർ ഗ്രാമ പരിസരത്തു നടന്ന് പൂവിളിയോടെ പൂവിറുത്ത് പൂക്കളമിടും. കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സ്വന്തമായി പൂ പറിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരം, സ്വന്തം ഭാവനയിൽ പൂവിടാനുള്ള അവസരം എന്നിവയുണ്ടാവും. തിരികെ വീട്ടിലെത്തി ഓണം ഉണ്ണുമ്പോൾ കുട്ടികളുടെ മനസ്സിൽ സ്വന്തം കൈ തൊട്ട, ആത്മാവു തൊട്ട, കളികളുടേയും, പൂക്കളത്തിൻ്റേയും, ഊഞ്ഞാലാട്ടത്തിൻ്റെയും, കഥകളുടേയും ഒരോണം ഉണ്ടാവണം എന്നതാണു നമ്മുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം.

ഒരു വലിയ ഹാളിൽ നമ്മളെല്ലാവരും ഒന്നിച്ചുണ്ണും, ഉറങ്ങും. മുറി കൂടിയേ തീരൂ എന്നുള്ളവർക്ക് അധിക തുക നൽകിയാൽ 2 മുറികൾ ലഭ്യമാണ്. പലഹാരങ്ങളും, നാടൻ കറികളും ചോറും, ലഘു ഭക്ഷണവും ഉണ്ടാവും.
കുട്ടികൾ രക്ഷിതാക്കളുടെ തണലിൽ അല്ലാതെ, ഒറ്റയ്ക്കു പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതാണ് അഭികാമ്യം. അവർക്ക് സ്വന്തമായി കളികൾ കണ്ടു പിടിക്കാനും, സ്വതന്ത്രമായി കൂട്ടു പിടിക്കാനും മറ്റും, ഇതു സഹായകമാവും.

Yes, our Onam Camp is back! 🌾✨
Imagine a cozy, overnight camp where children arrive on evening one to share stories. The next morning, they wake up to forage for wild flowers, make a pookkalam, dive into traditional games, share a simple sadya, and head home by evening with full hearts.
August 16th marks Atham. Starting that morning, we will walk through the beautiful rustic surroundings of Badaroor village near Kozhikkode, gathering wild flowers with singing Poovili.
This camp is all about giving children the freedom to collect their own flowers and express their untamed imagination through their pookkalam. When they return home to celebrate Onam with you, they will carry the memory of an Onam they touched with their own hands and felt with their own souls, woven with stories, games, and flowers.

We believe in community living! We will all eat, laugh, and sleep together in a large, shared hall. (For those who strictly require private rooms, 2 rooms are available at an additional cost). The menu features simple, wholesome local delicacies, traditional curries, rice, and evening snacks.

We highly encourage children to participate independently without the shadow of their parents. Stepping out of their comfort zone helps them navigate their own space, invent their own games, and build genuine, independent friendships.
